Lina is a private assistant operated by MindHorizon Consultancies FZCO for the personal use of its owner. It is not offered to the public and has one user.
Messages the owner sends to Lina (over Telegram, WhatsApp or the voice app), messages received on the owner's own business WhatsApp number, and data from services the owner has connected (email, calendar, accounting, CRM, tasks, health and training platforms). This data is used only to answer the owner and to keep notes for the owner.
Lina connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform for the owner's own business number. Messages, contact names and media received on that number are stored in Lina's database so the owner can read, search and reply to them. They are never sold, shared with third parties, used for marketing, or used to train models.
Data is stored encrypted at rest on infrastructure in the European Union. Conversation transcripts are kept for 90 days; facts the owner chooses to keep are retained until the owner deletes them. Credentials for connected services are stored encrypted and can be revoked by the owner at any time.
To generate replies, message text may be sent to AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) under terms that prohibit retention and training on that data.
Anyone whose messages reach Lina through the owner's WhatsApp number can ask for them to be deleted by writing to brian@mindhorizonconsulting.com.
